1. Privacy summary
NumberinGo does not require you to create an external account. The app uses Canva's frictionless user identity to manage Free usage limits and Lifetime Pro access. It does not store your ticket designs in the NumberinGo plan database and does not sell personal information.
2. How design content is processed
When you ask NumberinGo to generate pages, the app uses Canva's app services to work with the active design. This includes requesting a temporary export of the current page, using that result as the background for new Canva pages, and adding the requested serial number as editable text.
Ticket content is not sent to a separate NumberinGo server. Temporary Canva-provided export references are used during the generation workflow and are not retained by NumberinGo after the operation.
3. Plan, usage, and payment data
Canva provides NumberinGo with a verified app-specific user ID and brand or team ID. NumberinGo stores those identifiers with the current plan, monthly count of successful generations, temporary generation reservations, and plan update timestamps. This is needed to provide three Free uses per month and recognize Lifetime Pro access without a separate sign-in screen.
If you choose Lifetime Pro, Stripe processes the checkout. NumberinGo stores the Stripe Checkout session and webhook event identifiers needed to confirm the one-time purchase and prevent duplicate processing. NumberinGo does not receive or store your complete card number. Stripe processes payment and billing data under Stripe's own privacy terms.
4. Canva permissions
NumberinGo requests only the Canva permissions needed for its core function:
- Read access to the active design content so the source page can be processed.
- Write access to add the generated pages and editable number text.
- Private asset write access to place the generated page background back into your Canva design.
Your use of Canva is also governed by Canva's privacy policy and terms.
5. This website
This informational website does not use advertising trackers, user accounts, or contact forms. It may receive standard technical request data from the hosting provider, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamp, for security and delivery purposes.
The website loads a web font from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google's font service when displaying the pages.
6. Retention and sharing
NumberinGo does not retain a copy of your ticket design in an external NumberinGo database. Plan and usage records are retained while the app is connected so the service can enforce limits and recognize access. When Canva notifies NumberinGo that the app was disconnected, the associated NumberinGo account, usage records, and entitlement record are deleted from the app database.
Stripe and infrastructure providers may retain limited transaction or security records under their own legal and operational requirements. We do not sell or rent design content or personal information. Information handled by Canva remains subject to Canva's own retention and security practices.
7. Children
NumberinGo is not directed to children under the age required to independently consent to online services in their location. Users must meet Canva's applicable age requirements.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
